Hello!

I have a Magnavox MWC24T5A TV/DVD/VCR combo set, made in 2005. The problem is, with the unit plugged in, there is a constant high-pitched whine coming from the back of the set (a cap, maybe?) and when you try to switch the unit on, nothing happens. The high-pitched whine starts as soon as you plug it in, then fades away within 6 seconds of unplugging the set. No clicks, no beeps, and the whine stays constant until unit is unplugged. No lights/indicators working, no picture, no sound, no response from any switch. Fuse is good. Any help/direction/suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!
