Please Help Me, Where Buy a Cheap Tablet PC?

I meet a problem, I want to buy the cheap Tablet PC, but I do not where to buy. The Tablet PC is a gift for my brother, but I do not know the style he likes. So I hope that you can help me, and give some suggestion, not only cheap but beautiful.

If you have a convenient WalMart where you can stop in frequently you may find selections change frequently.

I bought an expensive one at Big Lots, less than $100. I like it just fine, easy to use.
