I have a Philips 50 inch model# 50P8341 serial# 58971312. When I turn the set on, I can hear the set power on, but there is no picture and no sound. The LED on the power button is lit up red. But that is all that happens. If I press the power button again (to turn the set off), the picture appears briefly but still with no sound. Is there anything that I can do for this? I really hope that there is a simple fix because money is tight and I cannot really afford a huge repair bill or to buy another TV right now. Any help you can give would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks!
