Adding an Head-Phone jack to P-M 25TS56 C121 ??

I have a Philips Magnavox TV monitor Model 25TS56 C121 unit. Basically, the unit works OK, but my question is: How do I add an external headphone jack so either my wife, or I can watch TV silently with the audio routed thru the headphone jack to a set of headphones?
