Magnavox TS2543 C121 - Yellow and red strips

chassis number is 25X607-00AA.

sound is ok but the picture is all yellow and red strips.

found a charred spot on the board in the area where the transformer is, but the resistors checked out ok.

resoldered the resistors and completed the circuit around the resistor posts (at least that what i supposed was to be done -

but do not have schematics).
