32' Philips Magnavox - no picture and shuts off after 10 seconds

I'm hoping you can help me. Model #: TP3285 C129, manufactured in 2000. I had no problems previously, and then when I went to turn it on last night, I had sound, but the screen was white with lines going through it. Also, it automatically shuts off after 10 seconds. Can it be repaired? What do I need to have replaced?
