Hi, Our CC button on our old remote to our Magnavox has come off. Now I can not get the caption on the TV. It is a 32 inch and the model # is MS3252S431. I can't find my manual and I have gone to the menu, but there is nothing in there! Does anyone know anything about this kind of problem? Thank you.
