magnavox problem

My TV is a magnavox 37" LCD tv with ATSC/QAM

Model" 37MF32ID/37. The TV will not come on unless you push the on button at least 3 times. Even thought the light is green, there is no picture. You have to keep turning the TV off and on and finally it will catch and the picture will appear. How do I fix. Magnavox has been no help at all.
