Philips Magnavox TV problem

I have a Magnavox 20" 20mf605t/17 LCD TV. The color on the picture appears to be faded or fuzzy causing a poor picture. It does not matter if you are using the TV or playing a game. The people in the picture are sharp its just they appear to have a haze on the them.
