Cell Phone Feature Question

Not sure if this is the right plac for this question but if anyone knows the answer I would be most grateful! I can now get a new phone as my cell phone contract is expiring soon. I don't want to connect to the internet. I want a phone that I can make calls on, text with, and has a schedule/calendar and address book that I can back up on my computer. It seems like most phones now, besides just a basic phone, requires you to spend extra money each month for a data plan and internet access, which I dont' want. It's not easy finding a place where you can compare phone features!!

RE: Cell Phone Feature Question

I have a no-contract cell phone from Virgin Mobile. They, and others, have basic-capability plans from about $10 per month and up, though I don't know about linking to your computer.
