| I have run my electric hedge trimmer off a 750 watt Black and Decker inverter from Walmart without a problem. I think the hedge trimmer has a universal motor in it. I have also ran a jigsaw and a drill off the same inverter. I have even ran a weed eater off of it thru an extension cord. I hook the inverter up to my tractor and the biggest problem I have is the alternator keeping up with the inverter. Haven't had any overheating problems with anything ran off my inverter. I would like to upgrade the alternator on my tractor Pooh Bear |
