Philips Magnavox TV keeps shutting off - will not come on

My TV suddenly shuts off while it was playing. When I press the on button the would not come on but the indicator light would come on & then gives 2 quick blinking light. When you press the on putton you can hear the TV going on & off.
Model - 27PT71 B121
Chassis - 27H800 7592

hi im Joe and i have philips27.pt563s37a chassis lo11uac-7628 tv the problem is it will turn on few seconds,then it will shut down think it could be high voltage problem can you help .. thanks Joe... joe_ram28@hotmail.com

We got a Magnavox as a Christmas gift a couple years ago and had issues the next day. They ended up replacing everything inside the case. In about 6 mo. it started the shutting off thing. did it for about a year. finally junked it and decided it would be a cold day in h*** before I own another Magnavox. Customer service was about the worst I had ever encountered. It would not even come on the day after we got it... Seems a lot of other people have had this same problem... I googled and found complaints on different sites...Good Luck...
