Need V Chip help please.

We gave a TV to my wife's parents and her mother
just called to ask if we knew the code for the V Chip.
The TV was given to us a while back and the neighbor
that gave it to us has since moved away.
We never used the TV and have no idea what the code is.

Is there a way to reset or bypass the V chip?

WOW....That worked !!!!!

Thank You SO Much for this.

Wife's mother called tonight and I gave her the
instructions over the phone. Last night they
couldn't watch "The Hunt For Red October" and
now it works just fine.

Thanks for the help with this.
