Philips-Magnavox 25in TV 25TS54-C121 Power On Problem

Hello,

My kid's TV (Philips-Magnavox 25" TV 25TS54-C121) went out yesterday. When we try to turn it on, either with the remote, or with the power button, we hear a click, and then the TV clicks again, turning itself back off after about a half a second.

Does anybody here know how to repair this issue?
