I have a Philips 32pt563s37g TV that the power light comes on, but not picture or sound. I checked the fuss next to the power plug on the circuit board and it looks fine. I tried to test it with a multimeter, but I'm not possitive I was doing it correctly. Any direction on how I can determine if it can be fixed would be appreciated.
