| Am considering purchasing the Samsung 26" LCD HDTV for use as both a computer monitor and TV. Will be able to toggle back and forth (using remote) from PC monitor to TV monitor using a HDMI cable and HDMI box with port. Would like to hear from anyone with some experience with this particular setup/model. Appreciate all responses !! |

| We have that very setup with a 26" Samsung and love it! Nothing quite like looking at a spreadsheet on a 26" HD screen. Recommend keeping the brightness turned way down. Did have one issue though. For the 1st 10 months only used as monitor and some DVD's. No problem. When I finally ran a TV cable to that room the TV would randomly turn off and back on immediately all by itself. Was told by Samsung that my in-home warranty was a missprint and I would have to mail the TV to them. I was gearing up for a battle but Best Buy said that they would fix it in-home and deal with Samsung. It's been great ever since. |
