philips 21pt5026/56 problem please help

hi i have philips 21pt5026/56

the problem is when hitting on/off it the red lamp do not work and tv do not start

after 15 minutes the lamp goes red automatically but tv do not start also

in this case when hitting any other button the lamp go off again and the tv do not work
