| Hi I have a 20" philips CRT television that won't turn on. When i plug the TV in it makes a clicking sound. I removed the back of the TV but can not seem to discover the exact origin of the noise. I'm capable of soldering in a new resistor if that is the problem. If any one knows the what the problem is please reply.
