My kids have a 20" magnavox 20MS2331/17 that just stopped working. I have noticed a black screen, with only a thin white line across the top. When I look at the settings, they have been reset to zero. I use the remote to reprogram them, but I still get a 'letterbox' effect with some overlapping at the top of the screen. If I turn the TV off, I lose all my settings. Anybody have any ideas?
