Philips 27PS55 S321 Power light On then Off

Hi Guys
Need help on a philips 27ps55 S321, the set power up for about 6sec, so we remove the horiz out put transistor, and it stay on, the reg voltage is 128 volts, is that ok or maybe the flyback is bad, what do you think?
