burning videos off you tube

Does anyone know how to save or burn a video From you tube and transfer to a DVD. Example there is a workout video posted on you tube that i would like to burn to a DVD so i can work out watching the dvd verses on you tube but dont know how to. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone been able to do this in the past?

To save the videos from You Tube
go to this site (KeepVid) and read the
instructions at the very top of the page.

You can save the videos in low quality mode
or in high quality mode. I suggest the latter.

After that you just need software to convert them
to DVD format and burn them to a DVD disk.

To learn about making DVDs the site below is very helpful.
