Phillips TV Model 60PP9202/17f

My Phillips big screen tv model 60PP9209/17F has developed an hour glass shape from the top to the bottom of the screen. I can adjust the red and blue convergence, but I can't adjust the green crosshairs. Does any one know what causes this and how I can fix it?
