| When we were in Tennessee lately our gps froze up on us and now every time I turn it on I have to reprogram it. I start to reprogram it and when I get to the voice it freezes up again. I can't figure out what is wrong with it. HELP |

| I would recommend a complete "reset" of the unit. Either look in your owner's manual (printed or soft copy) or contact Tom Tom's support for how to do this. If that does not work, again contact Tom Tom, since this is their proprietary software & operating system, to which only they can answer. |
