Philips 32PS60B129 Needs to be powered on several times.

Greetings. I have a Philips 32in TV. When I power it on, the power indicator does not stay on. Sometimes the TV will actually turn on with the indicator light off, but it does not work correctly.(Sound and Video Issues). If I turn it off and on several times so the Power On Indicator stays on, it works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated...
