| I HAVE A PHILIPS TV MODEL NUMBER 27PT6441/37 WITH A CHASSIS NUMBER LO4.1U AA when powered on the screen is black for a few seconds with thin blue, red, and green lines completely across the upper section of the screen(horizontal) and when the picture comes on there is a slight distortion in shape where the picture doesnt fill the screen...again at the top part of the screen, and the left side is not as high as the right side of the picture (slight angle) any help will greatly be appreciated.
