problem with my phillips 43p8341/37 someone help

i got this tv from my old boss now when you turn it on it'll stay on for a little bit but then it'll shut off and the power light blinks like three times and it wont turn back on unless you leave it off for a while or unplug it does anyone know what itll take to fix this?
