Canon MX410 Printer questions

Posted by quiltgirl (My Page) on

Does anyone have this printer? If so, can you select just a few sentences from an article and print only what you have highlighted, or do you have to print the entire page? Also, is it a speedy printer. Are there any features about it that you do not like? Also, can you scan directly to email, IPhoto or Pages directly? (I have a Mac)

With the exception of 'is it a speedy printer' (it is not), the questions you ask depend on your computer software, not the printer.
To print an excerpt from an article, I copy and paste it into a word processing document, where I can adjust the font, etc, and print from there.

RE: Canon MX410 Printer questions

I am reading comments that this printer and actually, some of the other canons are ink hogs, to say the least. Do you have any suggestions for another printer that would be adequate without the heavy use of ink?
