| My television is Chassis: DPTV335, Model No. 60PP9363H/17, Serial No. YA1C0438015145. My issue is that the television worked fine, shut it off for a few hours, turn it back on and the screen is black. You can here it click and the on button turn red but nothing else happens. How do I fix this issue? |
