| find it interesting why the denon a/v receiver 788 costs more than the identical 1908 when the only difference is that the 1908 has an extra remote? so it should cost more. Online prices seem to vary |

| MSRP of the AVR1908 is US $599 and the AVR788 is US 549. The difference is the extra zone remote control. And you are correct, online prices can be all over the board. |
