| My Toshiba tv, about 5 years old, has developed fine white horizontal lines across the top fifth or so of the screen. The lines are not always visible, sometimes they waver a bit, they never appear when the movie or program is letterboxed.
Is there an adjustment I can make? Could it be cable-related? Or do I have to buy a new tv? Any thoughts? Thanks. |

| I had something like this happen a few months ago. TV was still under guarantee, guy came out, tightened a couple cable (or whatever) wires in the back of the set and it was fine. Took him about 10 seconds and I was embarrassed! |
