Hi,

We have a Sharper Image Sound Soother Alarm Clock that we can no longer return. I am trying to figure out how we might be able to alter the default volume setting on the alarm part of the clock. Both the Beep alarm and the radio alarm start off soft but quickly jump to heart-stopping volumes (and this isn't adjustable from the oustide). There is nothing pleasant about waking to this alarm clock. If I opened up the clock radio, would there be a way to adjust the default volume setting for the alarms? Can anyone guide me?
