Magnavox HD2727 C101

I am having a problem with my Magnovox TV. HD2717 C101, Chassis #27B800-7562. It will not come on either with the remote or manual operation. I can hear a click once and the operation light will blink, but it will not stay on. I have a little knowledge of electronic circuitry and it appears that the main board has gotten hot around the transformer #BCK4024 and the two resistors R417, & ? plus the capacitor C405. Could this be it or do I need to look somewhere else on the board to find the problem???

Nobody have a clue on my problem?? Set just will not turn on..just clicks.
