| Picture and sound are fine, but the word FACTORY is in red letters across the middle of the screen and nothing I do will make it go away! HELP |

| A lot of sets have settings you reach by toggling them off and on using the volume control buttons on the front of the set. Temporarily press the volume up and down buttons at the same time. Your set is made in China so it may be different. |
