need a uniden expert for dect 6.0

I have uniden dect 6.0 (uniden dect 2080 series). Mine has 5 handsets.

a handset has a ringtone, and I'd like to get rid of it.

My manual tells you how to put ringtones in the handset, but has no info on how to remove/delete one.

I've fiddled with it, but, so far, haven't figured out how to get rid of ringtone.

HELP!

On page 17 of your owners manual it explains how to turn the ringtone off or you can go here.

I have a Uniden DECT1588 corded/cordless phone system. I hooked it up yesterday and get a dial tone on each handset but am unable to call out, it's a continuous dial tone. When the phone rings and I pick it up I cannot hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me, it's like a dead line.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. I can't find anything in the manual that explains this.

Thank you.
