Philips Magnavox TV Problem

Hi,

I have a Philips Magnavox 27 inch TV. My TV works fine except for one small problem. I see a gray area with white lines at the top of the screen (Around 1/5th of the screen). I am not how to fix the problem. I tried to look at all the settings in the menu but could not figure out anything. Please help.
