| I have a 50 inch Vizio. It is about 4 years old. The remote has stopped functioning. I know it to be the TV, because I have 2 of them. The remotes will both work on the functioning TV. Is this a problem a knowledgeable person can fix? If not, can it be fixed at a reasonable price? |

| From This site Reset the remote control and the TV at the same time and this may work. Step 1; First unplug the TV from the wall/surge protector. Wait 5 Min. while your wait here is step 2; You take the batteries out of the remote>then press down on every button 2 Times>replace the batteries in the remote, after the 5min. go ahead and plug the TV in and try it again. If that doesn't work, you might try asking at the link below. Good Luck. I know that must be pretty frustrating to have such a nice TV and no remote. Sue |
