| Spouse says she contracted with Dish Network via a third party marketing firm and our DVR belongs to us. The DVR was free with the package.
It says "DishDVR" on the front of the hardware. Our contract with Dish will finally expire in a few months and she wants to switch to fiber optic digital cable. Do you know where we might find instructions to reprogram the DVR to work with fiber optic digital calble? |

| I believe you can only use Dish Network tuners on a Dish Network system. You would have to get your DVR cable box from your cable TV provider. |
