Can the Canon Pixma MP560 wireless be used as a non-wireless

I need a new printer that prints great photos and while searching I found the Canon Pixma MP560 wireless 3-in-1 has great reviews.

Can this printer be hooked up to my tower as my other printer?

Thank you. Jane

It also has a USB connection,

but I don't see why anyone would print photos at home on their printer.

The cost of paper & ink is more than Walgreens 1 Hour,

I use Sam's Club .... a 4x6 costs 13 cents,

and has a better longevity, due to their "printers" don't use "ink".

Thank you for your reply.

I have been printing photos at home for several years because I do not live near a store such as Walgreens, and when I want a photo I usually want it "now", and do not want to wait until I get to a Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc.

Wal-mart has this printer for $100. and it got great reviews, and a decent ink/cartridge life.
