13 Recepticals now have ground problem

| 13 recepticals after 4years of use now have been detected to have a ground problem after installing an LCD HD TV, which is mirrored to two analog/tube type TVs using Dish Network Satelite. Can anyone advise me on where to start and what tools do I need to rectify this problem. Thanks in advance for your input. henryl80@hotmail or 832.971.8089 |

| There is no layman replacement for visual inspection. The grounds must be inspected inside each junction (receptacle) box all the way back to the breaker box. Many make a serious mistake when using a three light receptacle testers. The tester can report a defective ground. But it cannot report a ground as good. According to the post, a receptacle tester should be reporting a safety ground failure. |
