Philips Magnavox 60PP935217 Problem-Have SDM Code

Have a Philips Magnavox television model #60PP935218, we performed the convergence check with the red and blue. The red we can move in any direction, the blue however, we can only move to the left and right, not up and down. The crosshair that hides the red and blue cross is not white it is a shade of different color. We performed the SDM on the television and here is what came up:

Top Right it has the SDM

Next line has the following

HRS DBB5 SWID HDR 2USA2-3.02

Next line hs the following

ERR: 105 30 31 0 0 0 0

Please help us figure out what these mean, I am trying to post as much information as possible to figure out the problem. Here is what the television is doing...

Picture is not really 3D, but it is not crisp or sharp for that matter, the colors are off, as far as skin color, background color, etc. And then it has a highlight around different objects at certain times, like blue or yellow, my husband tried adjusting the convergence the dials, but nothing it did not change for the best. I want to fix it, and if anyone could be some help I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

God Bless You
