Does anyone remember how to make a yarn octopus? I used to make them when I was a kid but can't remember how.

Thank you for jogging a fun memory! Here's a link I found on how to make them... http://www.havasumagazine.com/craft5.htm I'm going to show my granddaughter how to do this. I think it'll be a fun project for her.

Oh Gosh yes!!! My sister and I made those in all colors. I remember using a snowball sized styro-foam ball and a skein of craft yarn. (regular yarn will also work) We used ribbon to tie off the legs, neck and topknot. Then I think we used buttons for eyes. They were fun and easy to make. This a craft that kids do easily do.
