Catkin, I'm fortunate to have a room in the basement that houses the litter boxes, although the litter still gets tracked around a bit. I use 3 huge shallow plastic containers that I found at Walmart (think they're actually underbed storage boxes) with a clumping litter and it gets cleaned twice daily. No problems (so far) with cats sharing the boxes. It's a crazy number of cats, I know. They're actually all old (stray/rescued) barn cats that I've had neutered and spayed over the years. They usually spend the summer outdoors, since we're in the country, but it's -20ish outside these days. DH started slowly letting them in during the build and now they think they own the new "barn". They have a perfectly good, very warm horse barn to live in, but they're spoiled rotten now... Dawn

Red confetti, I think I must sound overly critical right about now. Its just this willbe my first sewn baby, and I want it special. a freind sent me to the site ,this doll looks jinda like what i want. I just cant pay for anymore patterns right now.We just back from a beach trip with kids, and hubby hand to plan another in a couple of moths to TN car show.So I really need a freebie.I checked books at McCalls, Simplicity, and butterick in Jo Annes, I hadnt bought patterns since last yr when they had them for .99 each. I was shocked to see $16 written on some of these.Some of the dolls were too primitive, and there were 1 or 2 others i seen that just looked cheap when done.I want to make dresses to fit, and some kind of carrying case,or purse,or backpack( that would open into a bed)and that would hold all the accessories.
