I don't have that one but am interested in seeing what it looks like. I did a search and looks like it is a line by Butterick patterns. I couldn't locate that pattern though. Butterick patterns go on sale soon at our fabric store for $1.99. You might check some of your local fabric stores.

It does sound vaguely familiar, but I'm afraid your description is also too vague for me to actually place it. Can you at least tell us what stitch pattern was used? I'm thinking of an off-white panel afghan done in the afghan stitch, with the center panel being different, but I seem to remember that it also had embroidery in blue done over the stitch pattern. A picture of some of the stitching would actually be the most helpful. I'd like to help.

You may purchase the patterns from Cozyquilt.com Some of her patterns are "free" on the various Manufacturers' fabric sites, but you have to search for them. That number seemed so familiar I thought I might actually have it. Turns out the pjs I'm working on right now are Simplicity 3935. It might still turn up. I'm trying to get an organizational system going and for some reason to do that it seems like I have to destroy any previously existing structure so things get a little scattered. I also might have had it until a few months ago. I had another pj pattern from the same time frame as the one I'm using that was child/adult as well that I gave to someone on freecycle who was looking for one to make pjs for multiple grandchildren and needed one that went down to 18 months in sizing. I don't recall what number that one was.
