Since I posted that I went to a doll show just to see them and touch them. Yes, they are heavier, which can be a problem if one has a weight limit on sleeves and the dealer said, they can break, but the heads themselves are vinyl, just like a regular doll. I asked what is the benefit, and she said, it was just a new thing they wanted to do. I found some for 20 dollars on ebay, and 55 at the doll show. All things considered I would rahter have plastic because it won't break and is lighter. But, some people are really into them because they have very beautiful faces. And then I found out all the special silkstones clothes will only fit a silkstone. They look the same in size to me, but I have never dressed one, so I can't tell.

I found the pattern on her site and have ordered it......I ordered it via paypal because she said she ships in three days but haven't heard from her......she is slow in responding but she does have a list of patterns there that she will sell.... I also made patterns for the doll by my little old self and they turned out quite nice. I posted a link to three of my dresses in the other My Size thread.......

I am lookin for annie attics barbie bed doll patterns. I used to help my mom make them when I was little and when she passed this year I inherited her collection. But I am missing jan march june of 91 and july sept of 92. I only have jan and feb of 93 series. I am also lookin to expand my collection to the further years to pass on to my daughter. If anyone has any let me know. Thank you.
