| Hi,
I hope someone out there can help me. I am 46, when I was a teen I remember reading a book on dollmaking. One of the patterns in the book was for a golliwog. The book may have been from England, I am not sure. Some of the dolls were made by wrapping an armature, as I recall. It was a hardcover, with some lovely color photographs in it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would love a copy of this book, and would know it when I see it, but I am not able to identify it. Thanks, Lisa |

| Enid Blyton wrote all the Golliwog books. She was from England. I don't know if there was a book on making the doll but you might do a search and see if you can find one.... |

| I want to thank everyone who repiled to my request. There was only 1 chapter in the book on making a golliwog, I remember one of the other patterns was for a miniature baby doll, which I made. The book had a large assortment of different dolls to make. I will try everyone's suggestions, thansk. Lisa |
