Oh I hope someone out there can help me. I am a cleaning "Lady" and while I was cleaning my cousins master bath I used Kaboom on her brand new Delta faucet and it instantly made black marks appear all over it. She can't get it off. She used silver polish and it didn't work. Meanwhile I am sick about it, I feel terrible. Do I call the Kaboom people about this. I think I should probably start with them. Forgive me for rambling on about this. I would love to resolve this for her.

I suggest you buy her a new one for Christmas. Delta suggests a mild soap and a soft towel.

If you read the fine print on the label it probably says do not use on chrome fixtures. Since that stuff is an acidic cleaner according to the MSDS sheet for the product. Sounds like you owe them a new faucet.
