Secure Reed Fence

I'd like to install a standalone Reed fence. What should I use to stake it and attach it? I saw tall plastic green stakes (rounded) at Home Depot, would they work? What are some options and the specific steps to do so? Lets start with a a piece 6 feet high and 16 length? This is a property line fence?
