| Hello,
As a new homeowner I was overeager to put large, modern house numbers on our small spanish style home in southern California. We drilled the holes into a wooden post in the entryway but hate the way they look (too thin and big)! Any suggestions on how to correct this without causing further damage or should we just stick with these ugly numbers for now... Thanks! |

| Remove the numbers you don't like and replace them with ones you do like. Any extra or misplaced screw holes can be filled with an exterior grade wood filler. |

| Exactly. It's an easy fix. Just hold the new numbers up (or have someone else do it) and look at them from every angle, BEFORE you drill this time around, just to make sure they're 'the right ones'. Hoping that's the biggest problem you encounter in your new home!!! (wouldn't that be lovely?) |
