| I've been using a shop vac to clean out my guinea pigs' cage. The unit is very large & heavy for me to carry up & down stairs for empyting. Since I'd prefer to leave it upstairs in a closet near where their cage is located I was hoping someone could tell me if you could place a garbage bag inside a shop vac so that I could just remove the bag & empty it out after each clean up.

| I assume you mean that it would line the outer edges of the canister. If it's only against the outer part, and not blocking any part of the filtration or bag system, I don't see why not. |
