| Hello, I come from the Gardening Forums and am looking for an online site with a template that will help me keep track of my intake in calories and energy expended in exercising.
I have not ever been on a diet and am now post-menopausal and the pounds are going on and on. I do know that I eat too much, and wonder if by following a chart I might begin to make changes, even if small, to hold this trend at bay. Thanks for any suggestions.
